The Guelph Engineering Society (EngSoc for short) is a group of elected and appointed engineering students from various years and majors who collaborate to create activities, services, and representation for the engineering student body. Numerous professional groups are represented, including the Professional Engineers of Ontario, the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers, and Engineers Canada. Some of the services provided are printing, binding, clothing sales and affordable food sales. Throughout the years’ EngSoc has run social and charitable events such as Corn Roast, the Teeter-Totter-A-Thon/Marianne’s Place Fundraiser, a curling tournament, National Engineering Week events, the annual Banquet and will be a part of College Royal this year.
