***NOTE: You will be contacted once your registration form has been received. Receipt of registration DOES NOT guarantee entry. Entry fees will be payable only AFTER you have been accepted into the Dog Show. DO NOT send in the entry fee with the application.***

Sign-Up Days will occur on November 23rd-24th from 9am-5pm in the UC Court Yard.
