College Royal draws thousands of visitors to the University of Guelph each March during Open House Weekend, but Open House would not be the success it is without the many talented exhibitors and participants that take part in all of the great events College Royal has to offer.

How Can You Volunteer For College Royal 2025?
Want to get involved in College Royal? It's hard work, but it's also a lot of fun. One of the benefits of getting involved in a student organization of this size is that you can often find a job that is specific and compliments the skills you already have. With hundreds of volunteers doing hundreds of jobs/tasks, we are sure we can find a position that will allow you to participate in creating the best College Royal experience!
College Royal itself usually involves more than 3000 volunteers. How does this 'society' fit into all of this? Well, the College Royal Society is the executive that coordinates everything that goes on during College Royal, and looks after some of the larger events. The College Royal Society consists of an executive of approximately 100 students. For the many, many, many events that the society does not personally run, we provide the framework for other student organizations on campus to do their events/displays within the event. In addition to the society, over 100 student clubs get involved with College Royal each year.
Elections for 2024-2025 will be held on Sept 17 & 24 in ANNU141, see you there!

College Royal Society: You can join the College Royal Society and help with the overall organization of College Royal, and/or help with some of the larger events (eg. College Royal Ball, Super Thursday, Dog Show, etc.) - this is the College Royal Society.
The College Royal Society is always looking for additional volunteers to help. Elections are held at College Royal meetings. Our elections meetings are held in September each year. For more information just come out to one of our meetings or email us at [email protected] College Royal meetings are held every other Tuesday of first semester, and every Tuesday of second semester. Check out College Royal on Gryphlife for meeting information for the 2024/2025 academic year! |
