Event Registration Forms
All registration forms for events you would like to participate in must be filled out and handed in by email to colroyal@uoguelph.ca or dropped off to the College Royal Office Room 537 in the North Tower of the University Centre. Any additional forms or documents needed will be listed on the event sign up page for that particular event.
