I heard from experts that laughter indeed is really the best medicine. It can boost your immune system and you can easily fight off diseases. You don't even need to be really happy to benefit from this. The body cannot tell if your happy or not. All it knows is that when you laugh, they get a signal sent to the brain and then the brain commands the immune system to increase its productivity. That's how simple it is.
